If you’re looking for security and regular shifts, are passionate about supporting individuals with mental health or Physical challenges, enjoy working in a supportive family environment, and are experienced in the industry, we invite you to submit your confidential resume to join our team.
Qualities and necessities we’re looking for in potential team members:
- Experience and strengths in working with individuals with mental health and or a Disability.
- Have a proactive attitude and the ability to bring positivity to every situation.
- Willingness to turn challenges into triumphs and maintain a joyful attitude. In short, have fun and enjoy your job!
- General understanding of WH&S, current First Aid and CPR certification, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation.
- Certificate III in Individual Support Preferred or qualified equivalent experience. (Or undertaking Cert 3)
- Has a Current NDIS Workers Screening Blue & Yellow Card.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including early, late, day, weekend, and the possible odd sleepover shifts per fortnight.
