Qualities and necessities we’re looking for in potential team members:

  • Experience and strengths in working with individuals with mental health and or a Disability.
  • Have a proactive attitude and the ability to bring positivity to every situation.
  • Willingness to turn challenges into triumphs and maintain a joyful attitude. In short, have fun and enjoy your job!
  • General understanding of WH&S, current First Aid and CPR certification, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation.
  • Certificate III in Individual Support Preferred or qualified equivalent experience. (Or undertaking Cert 3)
  • Has a Current NDIS Workers Screening Blue & Yellow Card.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including early, late, day, weekend, and the possible odd sleepover shifts per fortnight.
