My Brother has been receiving 24 hour support from Sapphire for six months. I have found the organisation to be very responsive to his needs. They have been able to cover shifts even during difficult times including Christmas and new year periods, when many staff were away.  From the first phone call to the Plan Review, Sapphire invested immediately in the participant’s situation, support requirements and unfortunate history with the system failing him time and again.  Sapphire Support worked with me to develop a support plan, complete a Supported Independent Living review, recruit an amazing support team and assist the participant to move in as quickly as possible due to him being homeless and unsupported.
